Any use of EldoS Corporation web site ("Site") is subject to these Terms of Use. With login, or with access and use (where no login is required) of the information, software, text, graphics, video, music, sounds, photos and other content found on the Site ("Information") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree to these Terms of Use, don't use the Information.

All Information including but not limited by software and accompanying materials, documentation, graphics, web site design and images, available on the Site is copyrighted by EldoS Corporation (except where specified otherwise) and protected by national copyright laws of different countries and international treaty provisions. Information may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without EldoS Corporation explicit permission. Except as expressly provided herein, EldoS Corporation and its suppliers do not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information. Other rights may be granted to you by EldoS Corporation in writing or incorporated elsewhere in the Information.

Use of Software

Use of Site Materials and Information

Unless specified otherwise for some particular document, you may freely view, copy to Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) or book-reading device or print the document (text material only), given that

2. the document is copied or printed with proper copyright notices;

You must refrain from excessive use of the Site resources which can slow down or block functionality of the Site or server resources. For example, don't let download management software make too much simultaneous requests to the site.

Availability and accessibility of the Site

EldoS Corporation may stop the operations of the Site in full or in part at any time. Due to the nature of computer systems and Internet, EldoS Corporation can not be liable for the continuous availability of the Site.

EldoS Corporation may limit or completely block your access to the Site (or any part thereof), including, without limitation, that EldoS Corporation believes that you willfully violated the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use or when you accidentally violated the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use and failed to comply with EldoS Corporations request to stop the accidental violation within reasonable time.

While EldoS Corporation attempts to provide accurate information on the Site, it assumes no responsibility for accuracy. EldoS Corporation may change the information on the Site at any time without notice.

1. your site may link to, but not duplicate content or parts of content of EldoS Corporation site or its individual pages;
2. link text must not contain text or images, which can be offensive to EldoS Corporation or which violates Trademark guidelines;
3. your site should not embed any web pages of EldoS Corporation site into frames or other similar bordered areas, as part of your site;
4. the site and its links must not misrepresent the relations or imply false endorsement or sponsoring of your products and services by EldoS Corporation

Harmful software

EldoS Corporation pays special attention to make the software, available for download from the Site, free of any harmful add-ons (so-called "virus", "trojan" and similar harmful code in binary, script or intermediate formats). However it's your duty to ensure that the software and other materials that you download are free from the mentioned add-ons.

Import and export controls

Certain Information may be subject to regulation by national acts and international treaties that prohibit, restrict or in other way control import and export of information, and in particular, of security- and encryption-related software.
