New version introduces new features, including much anticipated IPv6 support, SSL/TLS support (requires SecureBlackbox), 64-bit platform support in ActiveX and DLL code packages. This version targets modern platforms and development tools, including Android, iOS, recent versions of Microsoft Visual Studio and Embarcadero RAD Studio.
We have reviewed licensing terms and decided that version 2 of MsgConnect would be free for non-commercial use for all platforms (individual support requires a commercial license). This free non-commercial license is also used in our new product for developers, Rethync SDK.

Upgrade to new version is free for customers, who purchased MsgConnect licenses on or after January 1st, 2012 and for those customers, who have a license with lifetime free upgrades. These customers also receive free license for SSLBlackbox client+server package of SecureBlackbox (Java, .NET, VCL or Library edition). If you purchased the license before January 1st, 2012, you get the discount from the list price, valid at the moment of new (upgrade) purchase as follows:
- between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2011 - 50% discount
- between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2009 - 25% discount
- before January 1, 2008 - 15% discount
