Setup proxies

To use HTTP proxy server, you need to set UseHTTPProxy property of TElHTTPSClient class to true.

To set the address and port of the server, set HTTPProxyHost and HTTPProxyPort properties.

To authenticate on the proxy server, use HTTPProxyUsername and HTTPProxyPassword properties.
